We take utmost pride in the quality our products which are handcrafted with much passion by our artisans, thereby lending a certain uniqueness to each one. Variations in the weave, colour, pattern and texture only add to their elegance and these are not defects.

We carefully inspect each product before shipping and ensure secure delivery in tamper-proof packaging. However, if you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can either return or exchange the product. For return, we offer only credit notes and no refund. Exchange will be offered based on availability of product. If we don't have the replacement product in stock, we'll be happy to offer you a credit note.

Please see the following conditions for eligibility of return or exchange:

- Delivery package is tampered with. In this case, please do not accept delivery and return the package to the delivery person. Write to us at care@poppinlooms.com mentioning your order ID
- Your product has genuine quality issues
- You have received a wrong item, colour or size
- Free gifts are not eligible for return or exchange

Please note, no credit note will be issued in the following cases:

- If your product has minor design and colour variations – these are not defects
- Incorrect or outdated delivery address
- After 3 failed delivery attempts by the courier service
- Package is refused by the recipient
- Products are returned in a used or damaged condition
- A return request is raised after 24 hours of product receipt
- Discounted/sale products are not eligible for return. Exchange or credit note will not be made against a non-returnable item

- If your purchase is eligible for return or exchange, please raise a return request within 24 hours of receipt of the product by mailing us at care@poppinlooms.com with your order ID and reason for return. We will process your request and schedule a reverse pickup.
- While returning, please ensure that the returned product(s) is unused, unwashed, undamaged and is in a salable condition. We request you to maintain the original packaging and invoice of the product(s), including the tags. Use separate packets for items from separate orders. Also, ensure that the package is well-sealed before handing over to the pick-up executive. 
- After receiving your product(s) at our warehouse, your request for return/exchange will be processed. We will acknowledge the receipt of your package within 24 hours of receiving it in our warehouse.
- We will exchange the returned items (of the same or higher value) free of cost or issue a credit note.

- We reserve the right to thoroughly inspect the returned merchandize to ensure it is resalable before processing exchange or offering a credit note
- We reserve the right to reject any returns request, especially frequent returns from the same customer (more than 3 in a financial year)
- We offer credit notes only.
- If your purchase is eligible for a free return or exchange as explained above, the credit note will also include the proportionate shipping charge.
- The credit note will be valid for a year from the date of issuance, and can be redeemed online.
- We will process your credit note within 3-5 business days.
